Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Dance is more than movement—it’s a way to understand the world by first understanding yourself. In my classes, you’ll explore that connection through intentional choices, body awareness, and critical thinking. Whether you’re training professionally or dancing for personal growth, my goal is to nurture curiosity, creativity, and emotional intelligence.

My teaching is grounded in somatic practices, including certifications in Yoga and the Franklin Method—an approach rooted in experiential anatomy and dynamic imagery. These tools help students re-pattern movement habits and develop clarity, efficiency, and expression from the inside out. The result is a sustainable, embodied foundation for both technical skill and creative voice.

In the studio, I teach by example and by asking questions that spark curiosity. You might hear me say, “What if this movement started from your scapula?” or “How would it feel if there were marbles in your joints?” These prompts encourage students to explore, imagine, and investigate their unique physical and artistic experiences.
Ultimately, I aim to create a learning space where exploration, rigor, and individuality thrive—supporting each student in developing a deep and personal connection between body, mind, and expression.
